I'd like to believe that charter schools work, but I can't find studies that reach that conclusion. They just seem to say "no difference." Are they getting the same results for less money?

I attended a private school and know what made it worth the money: a class of 6 motivated people versus one of 30 who didn't want to be there in public schools; teachers with PhDs in their subjects instead of some non-specialized degree. Good luck getting that done in public schools...
