I love war and cry when I see decorated vets, I'm voting for a real American hero, G.I. John McCain. I really don't remember the conventions being this surrealistically propagandized as this when I was just a lad in the Carter>Reagan years, but I was probably just naive. Haven't really watched the conventions in recent elections, I guess I wasn't missing much. I'd rather see debates.

I'm really on the fence for this election. I'm quite sick of politics so I don't really give a shit who wins (although I probably should considering I'm in the military), but I find it hilarious how people keep criticizing the fact they bring up that he was a POW. Get the fuck over it. It's a big selling point for McCain. Just looking at the lives of the Obama and McCain, McCain has a HUGE leg up, which is probably why you guys cry about it so much.

Cry about it all you want, but his actions were more honorable than anything you will ever achieve in your life. And you know if Obama ever did something near as great, he would be bringing it up all the time too. So get the fuck out of here with that shit.

What's funny is that they spent the weekend belittling her time as a journalism graduate who worked as a newscaster for several years and then they were shocked that she was articulate and comfortable on camera?!?
