Burlosconi isn't terribly far removed from a mafiosi, but that's not really the point. You don't hand out info packets bashing the leaders you're planning to meet with. I do agree, though, that Silvio Burlusconi is a criminal at best. It's amazing that he's managed to start running Italy again.

Recall that Bush's Crawford ranch is extraordinarily environmentally sound; just because the guy doesn't constantly run his mouth about the environment doesn't mean he's not environmentally conscious. And while I couldn't find the most up-to-date data, the U.S. during the first half of the Bush administration has been looking pretty good relative to the rest of the world in terms of carbon emissions increases.

Good thing too, cause the rest of the world had a long way to go to catch us.

And they're trying very hard to do so, despite all their dreary apocalyptic rhetoric about carbon emissions.

How do they get carbon emission data from 1872?

They are all fucking corrupt crooks. Every one of them. From Clinton to Obama all the way down to Bush and his cronies.

Man I know your internets are about to plunge. You can't defend Bush on this board without IRB and his followers crucifying you...

I agree, there can be no possible bad consequences ever of killing foreigners on their land. Once you kill enough of someones family, the survivors and all their children and grandchildren tend to love you like in the movie Harry Potter.

Its also pretty obvious to anyone how killing a bunch of people in Iraq will prevent another bunch of people from Saudi Arabia/Pakistan or other countries from executing another large-scale terrorist style attack. Its so obvious no one really needs to explain it.

Oh noes, my Internets are dropping. God forbid anyone disturb the self-righteous echo chamber of mediocre pseudo-intellectualism. My law school classmates were more open-minded than these Kool Aid-chugging movementarians.

Bush, had the same intel and did less then Clinton. Completely ignored him and internal reports of possible terrorist activities.

You can't launch a full scale invasion of a foreign country when the enemy has only taken potshots in the global scale. Without the magnitude of 9/11 (all most 100x the damage and 10x the cost of lives then any other international terrorist attack we've ever suffered to my knowledge) we couldn't just invade and start nation building.

Besides Bush completely failed at surrounding and capturing Osama when he had the chance. He managed to get hundreds of thousands in iraq but couldn't manage more then a few thousand for Osama.

What? Mussolini was a fascist. Berlusconi is a gangster. Can you tell the difference?

Fixed. Bush has the lowest presidential approval ratings in history.
