No legendary items for casters, hence depression

Anyway thanks for all the advice guys, keep it coming! What exactly do you tell your doctor? I'm 4-5 years overdue seeing one for depression/anxiety/whatever but don't really know where to start.

Tell him your vag is dripping with tears. That'll get the ball rolling.

Start with what you said in the OP.

Doctors have to look, probe and prod all parts of the body and hear all sorts of embarrassing/humiliating stories. Your tale of woe is nothing in the grand scheme of things, so don't worry about what he will say.

You might want to make an appointment for something else and then bring it up, if it'll help you feel more comfortable.

I'm not the OP

Well, just be as honest as possible about whatever your own problems you have. Lying about it or fudging details will just cause problems for you in the long run.

Damn E-tards.

I wish I had one of those levers to give me a euphoric feeling. Pretty sure I'd die in the same way they did.

Hook a syringe full of heroin to the end of a rake, then step on it. Viola! Euphoria lever!

I've had severe anxiety and OCD sincee I was in grade school. I finally got put on a medicine for the anxiety and OCD last year when I started my first job. It was hell the first couple of days at work without it.

My doc put me on clomipramine(Anafrinal) and Klonopin. It works great, my OCD is'nt as bad but if I forget to take it for a day or two my OCD gets really bad. I can not miss any dose or my OCD gets ridiculous.

I was on Lexapro and that made it worse(OCD). There's also a problem for me taking anti depressents or anti anxiety medicines because I've been both anorexic and bulimic and generally your not allowed to take anti depressents or anti anxiety medicines because it can make both of those worse.

I have'nt had those problems for over a year and I've been on my meds for 7 months and have'nt had a problem.

I think with any antis it's trial and error. You have to find wha's right for you and you have to give it time to work.

I will say one thing for the anafrinal. One of the side effects is twitching and when I miss a dose and start taking it again my muscles will twitch. Other then that there is no problem.

Note: Im not a doctor.

A lot of computer nerds get what I call "Casual Depression." It's really just boredom, mixed with a kind of "let down" with what you may be doing with your life.

ALL of the guys at my old office started taking anti depressants. Most of them were system followers and reached the end of the rainbow to find a cubical and this was pretty much overwhelmingly depressing.

What's helped some of my friends was when we started grappling and kickboxing, and going out more. Especially when we got competitive. When you're body is happy from just getting sleep, it's hard to be depressed from other shit.
