Yes. But in reality it's too late, the damage is done and it's not likely the Democrats will be able to rally and beat McCain. However I don't see her quitting at this point because she's held out for so long.

You hear all this talk about "well if Hillary doesn't get the nomination then I'll vote for McCain" but I find that hard to believe, and I see it more as sour grapes than anything else. Once Obama (and his supporters) can focus on McCain instead of Hillary it will be a different ball game. I see Clinton supporters rallying behind Barack once things get hot and heavy and we've had a couple debates between the two.

To say that this thing has split the democratic vote is very shallow IMO and way too early to call. We can't forget Bush's approval ratings, McCain's stance on Iraq and the overall disdain for the Republican party (thanks again to Bush and his Cronies like Rumsfeld, Cheney, Ashcroft, Gonzalez, etc)

I can't see people doing this. In '04, a vote for Kerry was a vote AGAINST Bush so there was an obvious reason to do it. This time, I think Clinton supporters will just stay home because McCain isn't disliked by a majority of Democrats like Bush was. That being said, I will probably just not vote because I don't care between Obama/McCain who gets elected.

I chose "no" because I think it's hilarious that Democrats still can't get their shit together and play the game properly after their experiences in the previous elections. This one was basically won for them - if they steal defeat from the jaws of victory, it would be fantastic.

I don't care who wins between Obama and McCain, so it's easier to take this perspective.

Was a Clinton supporter until recently, the math dosen't add up etc. She should gracefully back down. Seeing as I live in the biggest red state in America, and my electorial college vote dosen't count worth shit. Im sitting this years election out.

Lord knows they've done it plenty of times before. I would not be shocked at all to see them screw this one up in November. At which point they might as well start asking themselves why the party even exists anymore.
