well it is an intriguing question. I'd be more interested in something along the lines of training a chimp so do this. Could he legally buy it? Would they card him? (LOL) How specific are laws about species?

The last time I activated my robot, Steve, he went on a week long robot beer drinking binge. He woke up in Venezuela, apparently having had sex with a 12 year old and the Prime Minister of Australia while subsequently killing a goat. Suffice it to say, I won't be turning him back on any time soon.

As to the question, no, it's illegal for him to buy it, unless he paints himself pink and wears a tu-tu.
