| What you retards fail to realize, is that "dumbfuckistan" was what got Bill Clinton elected...twice. How short the memories are! Of course most of you were probably still riding in child safety seats in your mom's minivan at the time...

| If Obama wins, DC will be the place to be. Party central. It will be impossible to park in Georgetown. If McCain/Palin win, Ronald Reagan Airport will have full flights out of the country. I am trying decide between France or Germany. |

| They don't accept many univited immigrants. Try Mexico or Somalia.

| Quote: "Palin does have one better rating, for her common touch: Fifty-eight percent of registered voters think she understands the problems of people like them. But as many, 57 percent, say the same of Biden". My point is there are enough clueless people, especially women, who are supporting her irregardless of her qualifications, her knowledge or her experience. It is because of this that unless she completely blows up (I mean say some pretty dumb shit), McCain is not going to take that big of a it after the debate. | |

It's going to be good theater and all that but do you guys really believe there is that much importance on the VP debate? Sure, if she gives some really really bad answers it'll cost McCain a percentage point or two but that's it. It's like I said before, if he loses it aint going to be because of Palin, it'll be because of everything else. I understand perfectly the mentality of the PEOPLE (not just women you sexist fuck im talking about the men like the rednecks in the video linked in this thread who are like "yay roadkill, guns and god!") who will vote for her no matter what. The point is that you said that it will be limited to x, polls are showing the affect is x+y. Keep up.

+31 Internets | People will support her no matter what due to ideological divisions, and she will probably do just fine in the debate. But historically, even if she is a drag on the ticket, the VP debates haven't really affected the race. Last edited by chaos; 10-02-2008 at 07:49 AM.. |

Even though she has spend the last month in "debate camp" I just do not see how this farce could do well tonight. I am sure the McCain campaign has prepared to blame Ifill as they blamed Gibson and Couric but it will not pass with the Independents. The Independents are much smarter than the Republicans which is not saying much but still true. McCain is staying close because of the Hillary PUMA protest vote. If Palin is as pathetic as she appears, he may even lose that vote as women will be upset that such an idiot woman is representing them. Last edited by I'm Rich Bitch; 10-02-2008 at 08:03 AM..
