I'd say you're pretty safe with a stock setup with that. If you want to OC then you'll probably want to get something a bit beefier.

Also, i installed Fresh windows XP SP3. My torrent seems to be different now.

Right before format i was downloading a torrent and i got 200+kb off the bat.

Now after i format i redownloading the same torrent (i didn't finish downloading before i got the upgrade) and its slow as fuck.

Pretty sure my settings are the same with 1 exception.

Forwarding my port worked before i upgraded. After i port forwarded, I went to µTorrent Port Checker and always got green.

After i upgraded goign to same page yields [Error]. However, bit torrent still gives me the green tick (uTorrent) and says that everything works fine.

Yep, thats definately fine and you can definately overclock. The only single card that would really strain that psu is a 9800gx2.
