I would consider buying a new mouse, I replace my batteries on my wireless mice about once a month on heavy use.

I got a Microsoft Natural 4000 at work and I loved it so much I bought one for home use. Admittedly, it's not the best for gaming, but I use it without any problems.

Well duh. That's what was wrong with it. I don't care for wireless for gaming, but you can get something acceptable *if* you pay for it. 30 bucks barely gets you can acceptable wired keyboard these days.. then you want to add reliable wireless on top of it? Not gonna happen.

I have a Logitech Wireless mouse, and used it for the longest time, but they're really straining on long playtimes. Wireless mouses tend to be significantly heavier than a wired, and extended use can have adverse effects on your wrists/forearms (it's about 5x heavier than my Wired Microsoft Optical mouse).

Wireless keyboard works fine and rarely needs batteries changed, but I don't move my keyboard around enough to continue using it. Microsoft keyboards suck if you plan on using the function keys, btw; wouldn't suggest it (you have to hit a toggle button to turn them on, and it's off by default).

Well the wired keyboard I had been using didn't even have a brand listed on it, and I got it at a computer fair about 9 years ago for about $10. I never had any issues with it, other then the cord. Cord was only about 4 feet long and only a few months ago starting getting shorts in it.

Anyway I finally decided screw it and bought a new g15. I made my own thread worthless.
