Rofl, have I said that she had a more important role than either of those? God, you people are fucking mongrels. Your father should have fucking pulled out and nutted on your mothers face instead fucking dipshit.

Can't you see the discrepency here? Even Lysistrata did more for diplomacy than Clinton has.
Link the quote Grobbee. The quotes i have seen (and also seen on TV) were that she "Helped to bring about peace in Ireland". I never have seen where she says she is "the" woman.

You said she'd be sharing a part of John Hume's Noble Prize if he admitted she played a bigger role.

You're arguing semantics because you've already been outted for the crazy cunt you are.

Nobel winner: Hillary Clinton's 'silly' Irish peace claims - Telegraph

I like the part where the telegraph said she didnt attend more than a christmas tree lighting and coffee shop sit down in N. Ireland around the time of this "really important meeting" she was said to be a part of.

Of course, the Clintonistas will say "OMG THE BRITISH PRESS IS AGAINST US TOO!!!111!!!"

But doesnt that go to the fact that Obama's reputation abroad is better and therefore we should want someone other countries are willing to work with in a more productive fashion?

I mean hell the article says the Brits thought she was in fact COUNTER-productive to acheiving peace there.

hmmm.

childrenforpeaceinireland.com

These people are by Hillarys logic, also qualified on a foreign policy ground to be president (obv not age or citizenship). Hell so is Sinn Fein!

Senator Clinton has said, “I helped to bring peace to Northern Ireland.” It is a gross overstatement of the facts for her to claim even partial credit for bringing peace to Northern Ireland. She did travel to Northern Ireland, it is true. First Ladies often travel to places that are a focus of U.S. foreign policy. But at no time did she play any role in the critical negotiations that ultimately produced the peace. As the Associated Press recently reported, “[S]he was not directly involved in negotiating the Good Friday peace accord.” With regard to her main claim that she helped bring women together, she did participate in a meeting with women, but, according to those who know best, she did not play a pivotal role. The person in charge of the negotiations, former Senator George Mitchell, said that “[The First Lady] was one of many people who participated in encouraging women to get involved, not the only one.”

News of Senator Clinton’s claims has raised eyebrows across the ocean. Her reference to an important meeting at the Belfast town hall was debunked. Her only appearance at the Belfast City Hall was to see Christmas lights turned on. She also attended a 50-minute meeting which, according to the Belfast Daily Telegraph’s report at the time, “[was] a little bit stilted, a little prepared at times." Brian Feeney, an Irish author and former politician, sums it up: “The road to peace was carefully documented, and she wasn’t on it.”
She was there. Thats basically it. She didn't make any decisions. She didn't make any plans. She didn't do anything except show up and act like a First Lady, not act like a future President. For fuck sake. Stop trying to come up with different lawyer like talk about what "the" means in the sentence.

She had nothign to do with the peace process whether she was there or not the same thing would of come about. Anything she did did not help nor hinder the process. Her presence there was absolutely superfluous.

Get it? She didn't play diplomat. She didn't bring people together. She didn't do anything. All the important "experience" she is resting on was some media PR bullshit that had nothing to do with the process of negotiations which she's claiming. She's claiming she's more qualified to be president because of this. But she didn't do anything.

She's basically telling lies, or bending the truth, or hiding the truth.

Obama fury over Clinton backer Ferraro's race remark - Yahoo! News

ruh roh.......

ABC News: Ferraro: Not Being White Helped Obama

The hilarity of it is that Hillary has been running as the female candidate while Obama hasnt been running as the black candidate.....and forgetting even that part....the fact that a clinton supporter would say such a thing w/o acknowledging that hillary got a gender boost too..../facepalm

funnier still is that Clinton hasnt (SURPRISE) asked this woman to step down - after calling for Obama's FP advisor's head just a few days ago for an inappropriate comment.

not surprising though. in the last few weeks its come out that the campaign is a circus and that the infighting going on there is just the tip of the iceberg because Hillary "the one prepared for day one" - hasnt been able to manage a campaign for presidency. but she can manage being president. apparently.

I think that is further evidence that the feminists will not support Obama after he gets the nomination. However, using Ferraro's logic, Al Shapton should have been the President. How does she explain that Al is not the President. You just need to be a Black man right?

I wish I was first lady. I could decorate a MEAN Lincoln bedroom. Then run for President with an army of blind loyalists.
