Do YOU have a signed affidavit that Obama didn't invoke the shahadah every morning for the years he attended the Indonesian public madrasa system? Every other kid had to invoke the shahadah and profess their faith as muslims in that school and even go to prayers every thursday.

It's possible he could've gotten an exception but most likely not, because his FATHER is a muslim and under the hadith any child of a muslim man is automatically a muslim. That little Barry Soetoro went on to confirm his faith by invoking the Shahadah---"There is no god but Allah and Mohammad is his prophet"--the invocation of which is all the catechism required to be a muslim, fulfills all the requirements of the hadith (sincerity and willingness).

He's considered an apostate muslim, as is anyone who leaves the muslim faith, but he is still a muslim for the rest of his life and cannot be considered Kaffir, which is are the non-muslims who are subject to summary enslavement.

It's their rules, I didn't make them up. He's a muslim and his kids as muslim.

What "POINTS" did I make that you had trouble with? That Obama willingly eschews the trappings of a professional western politician to pander to his muslim brethren? That Farrakhan roused his people to support Obama just a couple days ago as "the hope of the world"? What are you confused about, exactly?

I'd put Hillary over Kerry, but no way EITHER of them could come up to Gore. Gore had a bum rap for being too wooden during his campaign but folks who remember his senate career knew he was a firebrand and a beast of an orator in his stride. Folks have warmed to him since 2000 and if you're saying you wouldn't vote for him if he ran you'd be lying through your Obama-encrusted teeth.

Khorum: "Technically" Muslim != Practicing/Faithful Muslim. Nothing you said lent credibility to your argument.

Your point is only "Muslim by association", which says little or nothing about him.

On Topic: Despite my preference, Clinton at least pushed hard for credibility. Maybe the potential for her to lose the primary will bring out the best in her.

EDIT: Funny in watching the beginning of the debate which I missed was her general pissiness over getting the first question. She could have used that to an advantage, putting Obama in a defensive position. Sad.
