Hello All,

With a bit of finance talk going around in general chat I thought it'd be fun to start a FoH stock market game.

Here is the game info:

Virtual Stock Exchange - Home

You can start at any time. May the best trader win?

Edit: Extended the game out to March.

If the stock market weren't in the shitter so bad, I might've considered this. As it is now, I just expect to lose a bunch of money and have battle of who can lose the least.

Looks like scream is fully leveraged on Google. I'm currently doing that in another game and am winning because of it. Balls to the wall baby!

Recreated my RL portfolio. It's served me well thus far, but I'm not sure how well it will fare with a 60 day limit.

Yea, for short term games with nothing on the line, usually the winner is whomever got lucky with crazy speculations that they'd never actually have the balls to do with actualy cash

Signed up, should be fun. Since it's fake money I'll likely come in last place from going balls to the wall, or (likely) forget I'm playing

Anyone know what's going on with the site? I go to make a trade, pull up my company by the company symbol then it just sits there

edit: nm got it

edit 2: heh shit kept fucking up and placing multiple orders for my stuff, went through and canceled a 100 share buy 6 times, $10 fee each time. Hoping they don't still charge me the trade fee with a cancel

I am planning on Google and Greentech(DNA I think on the NASDQ) Which finds out wednesday if their breast cancer drugs gets approved. If it does their stock should jump nicely. It fell slightly to is asking an outside panel, it's a gamble.
