Another PC build question

OK, I have a friend who wants to play Flight Sim X on full detail.
He does not need monitor, mouse, keyboard, just the computer system.
Also, he does not want to build it.

I have been out of the desktop arena for a long time, so I don't know what's good to buy any more.

His budget is $2000. Besides playing FS:X on full detail, he just does internet surfing, music, videos, that kind of thing, so probably 200gb on HD would be enough (but they're so cheap, bigger won't hurt).

Suggestions?

E6750 CPU
A motherboard that supports it, Gigabytes P35 chipsets are great.
2-4GB of RAM
An 8800GTX 768MB video card and there you go.

Do Dell desktops suck nowadays?
Is there some obscure place I've never heard of that is good to buy from?
He's not going to build one.
