Mame arcade cabinets

curious if anyone else has had any experience building these. currently looking at assembling one for some 4 player action out of spare parts + stuff online.

im looking at using an i-pac4 for the core along with 4 j-sticks(tho i might splurge and get perfect360's). id get pushbuttons from happ since they seem the most reliable/cost effective. i want to create a similiar control panel as ken's but i want to rise the center area to create 4 cup holders and basically make it seem like less wasted space. maybe include instructions on operation on it. for the moment im looking at using a spare pc monitor for the viewing space but ill probly upgrade that to something 22-25inch range.

anyway, ill probably detail my work as i go along and throw up pics/guides, but for now just fishing for advice

i haven't built one, but I have a friend who has one. it was alot of fun to play. i pwn at puzzle fighter.
