anyone know someone who participates in the races sanctioned by this?

Better yet anyone know someone who does some american rally racing?

My dad just rejoined. In the early 80's he was a member, raced formula Vee's before I was born. Right now he's looking at getting back into it with a spec miata.

hrm yeah im wanting to maybe do some rally type racing with a stock wrx sti or maybe mod it a bit but seems like everything is on the west coast or in michigan

you have sports cars in America? there was me just thinking you just put a V12 engine in a brick and then claimed it was the fastest brick in modern history.

its not quite rally racing, but its a hell of a lot of fun.

Basically a really twisty course is setup in a parking lot (means meets can be just about anywhere) and people do time trials on the course. Since the courses are twisty and usually twisty, and reaonsably short its more about cornering and conserving speed then about OMG TUBORZ!!!! HP!!11!
