I think it's a waste of time and yet another shitty double standard where a minority gets somethin us whites don't. I'm not racist. I just think it's bullshit is all. I think the effort for black history month would be better spent teaching kids a more diverse history in school. Hell actually all the money coke spent on their black history month suck up commercial would be better spent just donating it to education. Put a fucking coke sticker on all the books for all I care...

If I was black, I'd despise the idea of black history month as a racist from of historical control. To suggest that all the history of black skinned people could be summed up and learned in one month a year is crazy.

Hell, I have a hard time learning about white history the other 11 months. And jesus, if you're yellow you might as well not have existed. Jerk racists.

If you're the "good guy" here then wtf is chinese- japanese- "insert every other nationality/race/etc etc here" -american history month? I mean we sure as hell should have mexican-american history month considering all the bilingual signs, advertisements and instructions we have everywhere....

Afaik the black history has a bit of a different tone in the USA then fucking asians or mexicans. Native American month would be a better comparison.

So are you saying that blacktino's and blackanese should only have 15 days? Or say, if they were half whitetino, and half blackanese, we'd only need to study their history for 7.5 days. Interesting.
