Fusion Reality Game?

My mom sent me an e-mail saying this had gotten on to her computer( maybe a niece or nephew?)

It would pop up and black out the screen, she went thru the program uninstall and it isnt listed anymore, but it still pops up.

any ideas on what this is or better yet how to get rid of it?
