GeForce 7800GTX OC, worth it?

Anyone have any hands on with this card or know a good place to find results of it? Thinking of building a new computer and just noticed this was in stock now at my job. I can get this PCI-E OC version for $399 which is cheaper than the best price I've ever found online (for the OC:also helps that if something goes wrong I can return it instead of mailing it back to newegg or something), but still wondering if the gap is $100 worthy between this and the 6800.

p.s. any price drops around the corner or new things coming up that I should hold off on building a system now? I don't want to spend $1500 now when I can spend $1000 in 6 weeks or something.

I would go for it if you can get it for $400. Its a lot better compared to the 6800Ultra and for only $400 thats a killer deal.

Even though it cost me a bit more to put it in my new system, i am very happy that i went with the 7800gtx. It really is an amazing card.
