From the way you posted this, it's instantly obvious that is this is a rather professional endeavor and I understand that you mentioned nothing about audio work in your post, but out of curiosity do you need any work done in terms of original scoring/audio engineering?

namaste.vg is the website but for the time being there's just a posterous blog, we will put up something soon. Kept a low profile so far in terms of publicity and announcements. Will change soon.

I have seen portfolios ranging from $300-$1000 per finished work. Posted on Conceptart.org as well so got more than 50 applicants, we might get more than one but looking for people with lot of gaming experience, preferably MMO (hence posting here).

Put up an offer for an artist, got a couple of good artists candidates through these boards (but none we could use now), will post more jobs on this thread when we are going to recruit more.
