+2 Internets | Remote Solution I work from home by authenticating through an office's firewall. While connected to them I can't browse unless I remote into work via Citrix. I'm only permitted to work from 2 different states. I don't know that they actually check what IP I'm connecting from or not--there's 10+ other remote workers and the admins who would monitor it wouldn't be checking often, if it all. What I'm wanting to know: I plan on being out of the 2 states a few weeks in the future while working. What's the easiest way I could setup a gateway at my home so that I can connect to it from wherever and have it appear as though I'm still working from my usual WAN ip at home? I can't simply leave my work computer at home, remote into it, and then remote into the office due to software I'm using. I just need to route through a spare computer at my home when authenticating through the office firewall. If discovered I was out of the 2 permitted states, I would not lose my job. |

+2 Internets | How would this work with a headset/voip? If I remote into my home-work- computer from out of state with logmein software, would my headset that I'm using out of state be recognized by the software running on the work computer back home? |

| Unless your VOIP allows you to forward you stuff you're kind of screwed. Have you talked to your company and explained what you're needing to do? Maybe they'll make an exception this time so you don't have to get all sneaky with them. |
