| Shaders 101 Put simply I want to get into shaders (beginning and advanced; keeping it to DirectX 9 for now). I could use a few good sources and/or tutorials, online or not. I looked through DirectXTutorials.com but some of the topics I wanted to cover were premium-only/$25 to view, so I said fuck that. Suggestions? EDIT - I suppose I should mention that I wanted to just start with HLSL and go from there. Someone told me ATI has a nice tool for doing shader effect files (syntax checking, "previewing", things like that), but they never said exactly what it was... |
