Website needs to be redone - 20k

Anyone interested or know a good company to redesign a website. The company is looked to redo the whole thing and pay around $20-40,000(This sounds a little unrealistic, but thats what I was told). I used to be a web designer but hate it nowadays, thus how I got the referral.

The website is: Kids toys, Lego, Thomas The Tank Engine, Gund Bears.

I just asked for more details on the backend of things (programming languages in use, shopping cart details etc.) When I hear back from them I will post the details.
