Imbedding a link in word?

Don't really know of a better place to ask this so:

I want to imbed my armory links into my signature, however i want it to be that the name itself is the link - not a link next to the name.

Anyone give me a quick how to?

1. type the name and select it
2. hit the globe/url icon above (tool tip says 'insert link')
3. enter the url and hit ok
