+20 Internets | Site/Photoshop? Help A friend of mine runs an online site with some out dated logos. I'm wondering if anyone here is bored/kind enough to help us get some new logos going for the new site he plans on getting soon. It's pretty simple stuff but could really use the help. trying to make this one look much less MSpaint and much more 2007. Nothing about this logo has to be kept though incase you have a better idea. ![]() This one is for a sister site and they want to make the logo much more simple/recognizable. Here's the current logo and the MSPAINT job below that is mine of the idea he seemed to give me he wanted. Trying to make it really simple. I actually like this logo but he thinks it's too fancy I guess. This one does sort of need to be kept as a chief headdress though. ![]() ![]() Thanks. Also will credit you at bottom of site for your work and with a link to wherever (e-mail, own site, etc) you want, providing it's an appropriate link.

+3 Internets | First try. Although I might look for a better font. Used same dimensions as the banner you posted, also. Edit: Not sure if it's too simple, but meh. Last edited by Believe : 08-20-2007 at 05:07 PM. |

+3 Internets | Bah you can't manage attachments in edits. But heres one that is moved over a little, looks a bit better, but I might be a little meticulous. Edit: I have the same image as below without a background if that is preferred. Edit2: Different font. ![]() And one without the face. ![]() Last edited by Believe : 08-20-2007 at 05:56 PM. |

Looks like Tech Chief sells computer supplies/parts. And I assume CPU Solutions does the same, or provides some kind of technical support? Anyways, both computer related websites. You know, like an Indian Chief? Do Hawaiians not learn about Native Americans? | |

| I think one of the biggest mistakes some small companies/home business types make with their website is they try to hard. It just needs to be neat, clean, and no frills. No bullshit and no fluff. Some of the sites with the most hits are very plain and to the point. So anyways I like stuff that's simple and clean. |

+20 Internets | Thanks a lot guys. I'll pass these along and keep checking here for more, can't check foh from where I'm at often now though thanks again! and yes it's for internet security, both sites. one deals with resellers the others sells the product directly (tech chief).

+20 Internets | also I think this is probably going to work for cpu. http://errolschwartz.com/work/foh/foh_logo1.gif is there a way I could get a blank one or one with CPU at the top and Distributing at the bottom? The solutions isn't part of the actual name. It's CPU Distributing, Inc. - not even sure what the solutions thing is about. Also anyone else interested in tossing up a CPU one? Already that's 1 million times better than what he's using now though~ edit: i also think early indications are something like http://www.fohguild.org/forums/attac...techchief2.png is going to be used. though when i showed it he seemed curious to see what one that looked like an actual drawn/photoshopped headdress would look like (instead of a photo of one like is being used now with art around it). Again super thanks
