Actually, Sandy McParanoid - nothing is "rigged" and from what I can tell, it was the posters who thought you were a fucker and negged you which isn't mod/admin related. The only +/- internets that had been previously tampered with were by Millie which wasn't kept private; it was brought up, apologized for, and then corrected (what dicks we are). I went through all of the logs for mods and the most rep given out by a mod was 4 TOTAL in the past month by one mod, the others had 2, I had 1 (Oh nos!).

It's the internet, lighten up. Oh God, a horrible guy posted another meme in the same area of the website that holds porn, necrophilia discussions, and pictures of men in latex costumes with clown noses on their nipples!! The funny part is the people you want gone (which I will take a wild stab at Aychamo) are the same people you will argue with. 9 out of 10 times, the people who bitch about other posters are the same people who quote and/or bait them (Like GT2).

Please, Ravv, you think I made the post because I had recent negs? No, I don't want Aych banned. I think he's a douchebag, not banworthy. Not even close. I came to this thread actually to just post that the whole under_arm thing was retarded, and wondered if y'all really wanted that guy propped up on the front page of your forums, and then I saw the post from Braen. Excuse me for thinking that something he said you could do, he was saying because it was done. I knew it could be done, but I didn't really think it was until he posted that. And yes, if so, it would be pretty gay. I stand by that. And pretty much everything else I've said, except for referring to it as "rigged" which was based on a pretty reasonable assumption.

PS: If Aych is banworthy I certainly am. No, I have much worse posters in mind.

Having been in a pretty foul temper all evening -- apparently too much for a touch of grace -- I'd like to make an addendum that I apologize for what was apparently an incorrect accusation despite whatever led me to the conclusion that it was fact. The rest of it -- desire for bans, desire for a better rep system -- still stands. I'm a little terrier-like when set off on a forum crusade.

Another small point, is that if there really only one +/- you can give someone, ever, after a point I'd imagine the totals would stagnate. I'm sure if I posted something horrible, some peeps would still come out of the woodwork and neg me, but for the most part I think I'd have really put some effort into it to earn a response. Even then, once just about everyone has given you an internet, you'll pretty much have a mostly static 'score'.

It's not that I want to farm internets, rather, there are quite a few people that are fairly in the negative, and they really won't be seeing any more significant changes in their -internets (nor will anyone, which is my point). They (or I) might post "Shitting Dicknipples", and how many internets is someone going to get, when 99% of people can't give them internets anymore? In a way, it's seems like some sort of "acquired immunity". Kind of kills the whole thing I guess.

That sounds reasonable, that's why at the very least if you could change your vote either way it would at least keep the numbers moving up or down.
