Add an "Up one level" link in the thread view

Currently, when viewing a thread, the bottom has a "<>" set of links. I suggest changing this to somthing like "<>". After reading a thread I'm usually at the bottom of the thread, and I have to scroll back up or CTRL+Home and from there I can use the link back to the forum that exists in the top panel. The browser's Back button can be used too, but that doesn't update any recently viewed threads (the bolding of thread titles with new posts). Minor issue to be sure...

#1...anything you put in between these "<>" will not show up..so your entire example got messed up.
