I said someone was SIGNING MY EMAIL ADDRESS UP FOR PORN, from THEIR computer...the website RECORDED THE IP ADDRESS, and INCLUDED IT IN THE PORN EMAIL HE SIGNED ME UP FOR. Did you follow that time? Do I need to repeat it for you and spell out the words individually? I'll try and use smaller words for you next time u Worthless mufuka... So, when I checked the email, it included the IP ADDRESS AND TIMESTAMP of the person that signed me up for it. Jesus, was that so hard to understand? H0m3 Sk0ol owns! And guess what my ISP said to me? "We can't give out someone's personal information. We are a cable company and we do not have the right to give anyone's personal information out. If you have an IP address with a timestamp, then we can conduct an investigation and deal with them as necessary." They cannot, and WILL NOT give you the person's name or ANY personal information out. Granted, if a crime was committed and you had to pursue legal action, then it would be different. That is the only case, and even if you say "I plan on pursuing legal action" they still aren't going to tell you anything until there has been proof of guilt and you have had an attorney contact them. But calling an ISP up and telling them that someone from this IP address is hurting your feelings and making you cry over a message board will get you exactly two things...Jack and Shit. I however will just tell you who I am, because none of you are going to do anything, and i don't give a fuck either way. Have a nice day morons! |

Just send it to me in an Instant message. If you honestly believe it then be my guest. You giving me your IP address won't do shit. I can tell your ISP that someone from your IP address is being gay in public forums and probably breaking the TOS, and they won't do a damn thing. They'll tell me exactly what my ISP told me. I don't have a problem calling yours and feeling like a dumbass just to prove you are a moron and don't know what you are talking about. Afterall, I've been proving that you are a moron and don't know what you are talking about for...two days now! |

| edit- since editing is disabled in this forum, i must repost I got ahead of myself. What I meant to say was "I guarantee they won't give me your information if I give them your IP address." It doesn't work that way son. You have to have some proof that a TOS violation has occurred, and even then they more than likely won't tell you anything but will tell you that "it has been dealt with". MY ISP can NOT give out that kind of information unless the circumstances are pretty severe. If you have an ISP that doesn't protect your privacy, you should consider switching. They will NOT just hand out people's information to any random person who wants it and asks. |
