Done this with a full set of items actually. Runspeed enchant on boots, various +str enchants on other shit. Fiery on a dagger. Worked out quite well since I have 8 billion alts.
You can enchant
Simple Black Dress - Items - World of Warcraft with the lvl 35+ enchants yet still wear it at level 1 as well.
