Its just the same few people that bitch about everything when a game update is released saying they are goign to quit if this goes live and they are still there. In all honesty no one looks at the faces until its talked about in this kind of update. Even then everyone looks the fucking same anyways. Lets be real here, most everyone in all mmo's look the same outside of hair and facial hair.
