Split my nose open on the corner of my bed while cleaning.

Also, shocked my self like 6 times trying to fix my digital camera.

EDIT This is just today, is this like a all encompassing lifetime type story swap?

2yo -- Broke my nose on a toilet by jumping out of the tub
4yo -- Attacked by a wolf, face in a full head wrap for 4 months, both eyes swollen shut for 3
5yo -- split my chin open by falling on stairs (was playing ninja turtles and had a giant sled on my back)
7yo -- brother hit me in the eye with a brick
6th grade -- did a backflip off a jungle gym and broke my wrist, looked like an S
8th grade -- broke my wrist (same one) playing football
11th grade -- broke my ankle jumping off a porch (i know, pathetic)
