haha i get so much shit for that in other places (are you related to zehn?)
i use lol and rofl like smileys (which is to say incorrectly much like punctuation). not to actually indicate laughing at my own statements which i will admit i do do from time to time! its not just an interwebs no no thats a social no no im just not good at :P
i will however point out the irony in your final statement on that post however considering you did what youre yelling at me about (lol)
