| there was no mention of the competitive arena changes so far. Though another blue post mentioned these patch notes are not done many changes are not in them yet.
If they don't do the arena changes in this patch I could see that being done as a 2.5 patch just before summer starts. (distract all the kiddies off from school with a few monthes of PVP) I'm sure right now they want to get arenas OK'd for real video game competitive play as soon as possible.
