It's possible that the blindness could be totally reversed if you take anothers eyes, since we know they are immune to further blindness at least. Wouldn't be too far fetched, I guess we'll have to see.
Seems like Itachi is pretty much done for soon, his storyline has been completely revealed now and mystery was one of his greatest character strengths before. I wonder if Sasuke will take the good guy route and leave his brother alive, or go through with his revenge.
