| Withdrawal certainly does have to happen, and it does have to happen relatively soon. Phased withdrawal might start this year, next year is probably more likely. That will probably take a year or so, maybe longer. Even that won't be an actual "withdrawal", more like the same kind of withdrawal we had in Korea. It's unrealistic to even suggest that we will be out of Iraq completely ever.
