| I read inside scientology so I did recognize the terms he was using, but you aren't missing anything not understanding them. It's all just part of their wacked out version of psychiatry.
What's amusing to me is his whole "this is my duty to the world" schtick, when it's clear the only "philanthropy" going on here is unrelenting advertisement for his organization. Thinking about it though it make perfect sense, just about everything the "religion" is about is creating false problems and then achieving victories by solving them.
