Get rid of Roy Williams, Jacque Reeves, Gurode (let Procter start). Keep Newman and Hamlin, but get a new CB and safety, Aquib Talib comes to mind.

Julius Jones also wants to be somewhere else, get a young fast RB to compliment Barber.

Get a young WR, Glenn and Owens are getting old but they might have a few years left in them.

Also if you watched the press conference with Garrett today he seems to have alot of respect in Wade. I don't think Wade is the type of guy to be upset about his asst coach getting paid the same as he, too laid back.
