The Agency's Producer is Dan Myers, I kinda doubt they'd boot him off or demote him to put Scott in but hey..who knows.

I agree, it wouldnt make sense for him to make it sound like he's leaving SOE altogether when he's just moving to a different part of the company. In the past when people switch teams like this they just say so upfront.
