CAOD is
EVE Online | EVE Insider | Forums, a subforum of the eve online forums. It's also a horrible source for info. All you'll ever find there is horrible propaganda and alts trolling.
SA is Something Awful, the Eve Online section has some nice info

PA is Penny Arcade, home of the corp Merch Industrial which is part of Goonswarm. There's a
general info thread in the MMO subforums. And a merchi recruitment one in the games forums if you're ever interested in joining them.
Probably the best place for info on the current politics and general eve info is the
goonfleet wiki. There's a few public pages that are viewable for anyone but most of it is private and for goonswarm members only. I've seen parts of it copy pasted into the
eve-wiki but from what I've seen it's no where near as complete as the goonfleet one.
