40" LCD 10,000:1 Contrast 1080p for ~1300 (go to pricegrabber).

You will need an HDMI cable, you will also need a 2nd HDMI cable if you have an HD DVR.

Do not waste your leftover $ on a shitty hi-fi. Save money and get the new pioneer 1017.. you won't regret it.
