If we just disregard the source as rhetoric... why bother even discussing it? The Bill is pretty retarded and is mostly toothless anyway; just requires some proprietor to call a newly-funded multi-state "tipline" and raises funding for a broad set of vaguely-related services in various strategic states. IE: It's just more fucking pork. Whereas a real law protecting young (or adult) citizens from RAMPANT online solicitation--be it sexual or just more damned spam---would actually be useful.
