Personally speaking? I would suggest changing the "Development" forum into an all-purpose "Tech" forum. That way a seldom-visited forum gets rebranded with a broader and clearer purpose, and everybody wins.

I think I would agree with this, as long as Twobit browsed the forum.
New rule: twobit whore must browse the new tech forum and respond or else he's banned.
