| Home is suppose to be the online chat experience to meet new people. You can ultimately meet new people through games like Warhawk as well.
Unfortunately, Home isn't out yet and Sony decided to focus their efforts on pumping home out, instead of splitting resources to create a centrallized chat server.
You can chat and can make chatrooms. Its just that you'll need to meet people first in order to do so; at least until home arrives.
