This is very true. If you petition someone is AFK botting, some GMs will tell you to use the AFK reporting features. Others won't bother petitioning, it didnt work in the past, it really wont work now, just /afk them and hope for the best.
One guy I know who runs a bot says he gets about 80% of the honor he used to, but with 0% of the risk since no one reports anymore.
