| The idle debuff actually did wonders for AV. It wasn't the perfect solution but it helped.
It needs to be taken a step farther though. Just boot anybody that gets Idle immediately. I don't afk in AV but I have guarded a tower waiting for it to cap and I've never once gotten Idle. If you have it, you aren't even going out of your way to pretend you aren't afking.
This became very clear once the BG dailies were put in. I started throwing together guild groups to knock them out every day. Sometimes we don't get a full 10/15 and a pug gets in. 90% of the time that pug notices he got the luck of the draw and joined a premade and just afks on the WSG roof or in the AB hut. Normally that isn't a big deal but if we play another premade, it becomes a huge liability. I don't care if it's a prot pally in all greens running around as long as he works for it.
