| Here are the steps. Might be you talked to him first before saving.
1. Fly to Citadel system (or any system that would refresh your merchant's inventory pool).
2. Run down to Mako bay and stand in front of the merchant.
3. Save BEFORE you talk to the merchant, because once you talk to him, it locks the inventory until you go to another resupply system.
4. Talk to the merchant, see if there is some uber gear you want. If there is, buy and you're done. If there isn't, then just reload from the save file you have made. Rinse and repeat until you got that piece of armor/weapon you just want to burn your hard earned credits on.
5. Once you buy an item, the merchant's inventory pool is set until you go to another star system that would refresh it. So just repeat the above steps if you want more gears. |
