Democrats wont impeach bush because the people of this country are sick and fucking tired of piece of shit useless republicans AND democrats running our country on a basis of attacking each other and issues that are totally and completely unimportant and don't effect hardly anyone, hence, the reason that both congress AND bush have had historic low approval ratings.
As to your point B, ok Impeach Bush, and you get Cheney. Happy now?
