I signed up this evening mainly so I keep my Halloween hat (incredible stats) and improved storage. I had read somewhere that they intend on shared storage between account characters (I suppose on the same game modes) but was disapointed that wasn't implemented at start. I had been hoarding 3-4 legendaries for my alts. I guess they'll just eat space at the bottom of my storage locker for now.
Main thing is that Guy Fawkes event is coming up (next week?) so that's when the subscription-only content truly starts, if you're on the fence now, wait to see how they pull that off.
