War/Thf is a beast with great axe at higher levels when they have Sneak / Trick Attack.
All jobs have their place really, while jobs like Blm are currently not flavour of the month that can change rapidly depending on an update or the new expansion. Read up a little on the jobs and choose the one you think you'll enjoy playing because you'll be playing it a while. Last thing you want to do is choose an easy invite job like Brd and find it's the dullest shit in the world to play, which it really is, because it will kill your enjoyment of the game. |
I'll probably still go DRK then. I DPSed for years in EQ and it never bothered me, plus I get to use a huge fucking scythe ^^
