| As far as I know, you cannot tell if a mob is aggro in-game.
Conning a mob will tell you the difficulty of the mob. The color of the mob's name determines if they are open for combat.
White = Normal.
Purple = Locked in by another player/group.
Red = Locked in by you/your group.
