Tank anything important you mean. General instance though? np. Sunder, Instant strike (MS, BT or SS), demo/battle shout, thunderclap, heroic strike, auto attack, blood rage, shield block, shield bash pretty much all you need unless it's heroic. Really though there are 2 triggers, RB, LB, joystick clicks x2, 4 buttons, and the D-pad (so 4 more buttons) more than enough for anything low intensity.
